How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and prepaid debit cards.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes — absolutely. We are members of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard,” and use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment data.

How do I know you’ve received my order?
Once you place your order, you’ll see an order confirmation on-screen and receive an email with your details. Once shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking info. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 30 minutes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can check the status of your order anytime.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we process orders fast — so once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or cancel it.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or a faulty item?
We’re sorry! Please contact us within 28 days through our Contact Us page with your order number and our team will sort it ASAP.

Can I exchange an item?
We’re unable to offer exchanges at this time — but please see our Returns Policy for further options.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and remote areas.

How long does shipping take?
Generally, shipping takes 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
Couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If not, a card will be left with pickup instructions or a re-delivery option.

Will I need to sign for delivery?
Yes — if someone is home. If not, your courier may leave it safely or provide instructions to reschedule or collect from a depot.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Absolutely. Just make sure you include any business or organisation names if shipping to a work address.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days past your expected delivery date for any delays. If it hasn’t arrived after that, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

I'm currently using this chair in my office. It is a lot more comfortable than my previous chair. I love the colour, brightens up my day. I have not fully used all the functions as yet. The massage option is ok, for the price it is acceptable.

This chair is very comfortable at all times, having the massage sections in it is an added bonus. It's not something that I would use all the time, but a really lovely touch when the back and shoulders are just tired.
